Extract the zip file, open the folder and run qtcw.exe
Install using rpm -U cutecw*.rpm
Note: Fedora already has these packaged ("yum install cutecw")
Select the 1004* ones for Ubuntu 10.04, and 1110* for Ubuntu 11.10
Pre-built linux binaries. You'll need the Qt libraries (6.2+) installed on your system though. Run chmod a+x on it first.
download the package and run "dpkg -i FILE"
